Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Company parties Flexible schedule Job Title Professional Mover / Box Truck Driver (Non-CDL) Location Arizona, Maryland and Tennessee Job Type Full-Time / Part-Time Job Summary We are seeking reliable and hardworking professional movers and mover drivers who can safely operate a box truck (CDL not required) and assist with residential moving services. This role involves moving and if you are qualified driving with hands-on moving, including loading, transporting, and unloading customers’ furniture and household goods for local and long-distance moves. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck for local and long-distance moves (for those applying for driver) Load and unload residential furniture, boxes, and other household items Properly wrap, protect, and secure items to prevent damage during transit Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed Work as part of a team to complete moves efficiently and professionally Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude on job sites Follow company safety procedures and DOT regulations (as applicable) Perform basic vehicle checks and ensure cleanliness of truck and equipment Requirements Valid driver’s license (CDL not required) with a clean driving record (for those applying for driver position) Prior experience in moving, logistics, or furniture delivery preferred Ability to lift heavy items (50–100+ lbs) regularly Experience with both local and long-distance moves is a plus Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed Team player with good communication skills Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of heavy items Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs for extended periods Comfortable working in various weather conditions Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Tips and overtime opportunities Potential for growth within the company Training provided for the right candidate How to Apply Submit your resume or contact information along with a brief summary of your moving and/or driving experience.
