Are you a motivated Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a supportive, upbeat environment? Spring Family Dental is looking for a full-time team player to join our growing private family practice in New Albany!
About Us: Spring Family Dental is an established, privately owned family dental practice with strong leadership and a commitment to excellence. Our team is close-knit, positive, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care while maintaining a great place to work.
Responsibilities: As a Dental Assistant, you will:
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures
- Welcome and ensure patient comfort throughout their visit
- Assist the doctor by anticipating needs and maintaining efficient patient flow
- Pour, trim, and polish study casts
- Fabricate natural-looking temporary restorations
- Capture high-quality intraoral photos
- Educate patients and answer questions with kindness and clarity
- Clean and polish removable appliances
- Maintain accurate and detailed chart notes
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA compliance
- Contribute positive energy and teamwork to our practice
Qualifications:
- EDDA Certification strongly preferred
- Active CPR Certification
- Coronal Polish Certification
- Indiana X-Ray Certification
- Reliable and available Monday–Friday
- Friendly, coachable, and team-oriented
