Shipping Coordinator

YOUR TASKS Oversee daily order processing through designated shipping/mailing systems Coordinate changes in shipping methods as instructed by Management Schedule pick-ups with various carrier/courier services Review, investigate and/or resolve issues with carriers regarding shipments Interaction with carriers/couriers regarding shipment status’s and continuous communication with Management Monitor shipping area, stations and verify all packages are processed accordingly Delegate and instruct shipping personnel while maintaining a high level of service and productivity Participate and contribute in process improvements and adhere to the Quality Management System Qualifications At least 3 years of International Shipping Experience. At least 2 years using Microsoft Office; intermediate to advanced level experience in Excel required.
