Senior Vendor Performance Manager, North America

This role will allow you to work closely with our outsourced vendors as well as act as the voice of the customer for our internal teams and cross-functional partners. This role will have a unique opportunity to help shape our go to market approach and will focus on managing & growing the North American market supported by our team in Utah, driving the end to end sales team, from lead generation to activation to account management. This role will focus on building and driving our Agency specific sales motions. The role will be based in Utah, working onsite with our vendor partner. Please note that this role is required to work in person from our Ogden, UT office 1-2 days per week.Key Responsibilities:Fully own revenue growth and quota attainment for a $XXXM/year businessLead an organization of +100 vendor reps, managers, & function leadsDrive global strategy, organization design, sales motions, & scaled solutions for the SMB Agency businessDevise strategies that ensure the vendor delivers on growth across Agency acquisitions and existing books of businessLead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with the vendor, managing ongoing action items and ensuring the vendor is driving to completionDrive optimizations of workflows/processes at our vendor sites, while maintaining high customer satisfactionWork closely with vendor and internal teams, to ensure all communication, training, and updates are delivered in a timely and accurate mannerSupport & mentor our vendor teams to successfully achieve quarterly revenue targetsWork closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, and Marketing to create scaled end to end programs and sales initiativesFully leverage the available technology stack including Gong, Salesforce, Chili Piper, ChatGPT, Looker, ZoominfoBuild & execute scaled sales strategy initiatives for high-value SMBsShape Reddit’s Ads product roadmap and narrative by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics with cross-functional stakeholdersDrive results through data analysis, goal-setting, planning, & project managementDevelop strategies to identify, pitch, and activate High-value SMBs, drive advertiser activations, measure success, and retain & grow advertisers on the Reddit ads platformQualifications:8+ years of experience in sales, client services, or operations5+ years of sales vendor management or sales leadership experienceProven background in building and running outsourced sales operationsAdvertising/marketing experienceExperience partnering with or working for digital agenciesExperience selling into the SMB segment with a history of exceeding revenue targetsMotivated self starter who thrives in unstructured environmentsTenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through challenges while working cross functionally to solve theseExcellent communication and project management skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex analytical findings both written and verballyStrong analytics and quantitative skills Experience working with Salesforce, Gong, or comparable toolsBA / BS degree or equivalent work experienceMulti-market experience is a plusBenefits:Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits and Income Replacement Programs401k with Employer MatchGlobal Benefit programs that fit your lifestyle, from workspace to professional development to caregiving supportFamily Planning SupportGender-Affirming CareMental Health & Coaching BenefitsFlexible Vacation & Paid Volunteer Time OffGenerous Paid Parental Leave Pay Transparency:This job posting may span more than one career level.In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and will also be eligible to receive a commission.
