Primary Therapist
A behavioral health organization providing residential care for adolescents is seeking a primary therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy services for clients with mental health and substance use disorders. This position requires a strong clinical foundation, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately six clients, providing individual and family therapy sessions, facilitating three to five clinical groups per week, completing comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and safety plans, maintaining regular communication with families, completing clinical documentation within 24 hours of service delivery, participating in supervision, treatment team meetings, and utilization review, and participating in on-call rotation for new admissions and crisis response.
$76,000 - $100,000 yearly based on experience.
Tuesday - Saturday or Wednesday - Sunday. Minimum 40 hours per week on-site and on-call rotation required.
