Kidiatric Dental is a privately owned pediatric practice serving children and teens across the East Valley. Our days are busy, our families are loyal, and our mission is straightforward: every child leaves with a positive memory of the dentist.

We are looking for a pediatric dentist who can deliver excellent clinical care while treating every patient like their own. New residency graduates are encouraged to apply. Sedation training is available, and our mentorship program is genuine — not just a line in a job posting.

What You Will Do

• Perform exams, diagnosis, and precise treatment planning for patients ranging from infants to teens
• Deliver pediatric restorative care, including fillings, stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies, extractions, and space maintainers
• Administer nitrous oxide and oral conscious sedation (training provided if needed)
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with parents — explaining findings, their significance, and next steps
• Collaborate with dental assistants, treatment coordinators, and front desk staff as a unified team

What We Are Looking For

• DDS or DMD with an Arizona license, or currently in the licensing process
• Completed pediatric dentistry residency training
• A doctor who is genuinely at ease communicating with children and their families
• Someone who values quality dentistry over volume
• Sedation experience is a plus — but not a requirement
• A clinician who is motivated to grow, not simply to fill a schedule
