Great Strides Rehab, a proud partner of the H2 Health family is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our pediatric outpatient clinic. You'll help children develop the skills they need to grow, play, learn, and thrivewhile being part of a therapist-led team that values collaboration, creativity, and compassion.
Great Strides therapists work on multi-disciplinary teams with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Music Therapists, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts for a collaborative, comprehensive approach to therapy that is focused on quality of care for pediatric patients
What You'll Do:
- Help children improve motor skills, sensory integration, and independence in daily activities
- Deliver individualized treatment plans that are functional, playful, and evidence-based
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support carryover at home and school
- Monitor progress, complete documentation, and adapt therapy strategies as needed
- Empower kids with developmental delays, sensory processing issues, ASD, and more
