- Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse student learning needs

- Evaluate student progress through assessments, assignments, and observation
- Maintain accurate records for attendance, grading, and student performance
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and needs
- Maintain appropriate classroom discipline and supervision of students
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school activities
- Collaborate with colleagues and administration to support school goals
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Teaching certification preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) certification
- Prior teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Commitment to integrating Christian faith and biblical worldview into teaching
- Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and differentiated instruction
- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans and learning experiences
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Proficiency with classroom technology and standard office equipment
- $27,000-$35,000 depending on experience and certifications.
- Medical, dental and vision plans offered to all fulltime (30+ hrs/wk) employees.
- 403b retirement plan with a 3% match from Veritas Christian Academy
- $25,000 Life/ADD plans for all employees. Child tuitio
