You will aide in testing and implement new software applications, provide technology and process consultation while using data analytics tools and applications to meet business needs. The ability to coordinate and collaborate with all levels of the organization are keys to success!Responsibilities/Expectations:Analyzes existing business processes; assists with developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvementsAssists with process improvement opportunities, researches and develops operational standards and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased efficiency and reduced costsApplies data analysis and technological skills to fulfil data analysis requests, produce metric reports, and support business decisions using dataCollaborates with multiple company partners to ensure organizational alignment and project successAssists in development of change management activitiesDevelops and maintains Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that transform business data into actionable insightsBuilds and enhances business solutions using Power Apps, automation, and other low-code/no-code technologiesPartners with business stakeholders to identify analytical needs and translate them into practical technology, reporting, and data solutionsLeverages AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies, including Cursor and Perplexity, to improve analytics, productivity, processes, and decision-makingOther duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related major and five (5) years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and seven (7) years’ experience in data analysis, project management, process improvement, or other related experienceOther Requirements:Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priorityProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skillsPreferred: Proficiency developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI or similar business intelligence toolsPreferred: Experience building business solutions using Power Apps, automation, or other low-code/no-code platformsPreferred: Experience leveraging AI-enabled and emerging technologies, including Cursor and Perplexity, to support data analysis, solution development, research, and business productivityPreferred: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs and complex data into actionable insights#LI-KK1Why Houston?Big career opportunities in one of the world’s energy capitals, endless food spots and a diverse vibe—all without paying NYC or LA prices.
