About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Litigation and IP to join its dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be a key leader, with a focus on managing and leading a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including patent, commercial, soft IP, and general business litigation. This role is pivotal in the company's current phase of transformation, characterized by rapid growth and a strong market presence. The Head of Litigation and IP will also be responsible for leading the company's patent program and managing brand protection matters, making it essential for the candidate to have a strong foundation in patent litigation and significant experience in high-stakes litigation management. Applicants for the Head of Litigation and IP position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' legal experience, with a proven track record in directly managing high-stakes litigation, particularly in the areas of patent and general IP litigation. The role requires a candidate with strong critical thinking skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to anticipate and address legal risks in a business-centric manner. Exceptional collaboration, communication, and executive presence are also essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the company's mission, the ability to engage in constructive conflict, and a history of developing strategies that not only solve legal problems but also strengthen business partnerships and objectives.
