OR Tech 2 (Tier 2) – Up to $15K Sign-On Bonus | Level I Trauma Center | Full Benefits

Position: OR Tech 2 (Tier 2)
Location: Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Days/Mixed or Nights (Rotating Weekends) | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain operating rooms, instruments, supplies, and advanced surgical equipment
• Assist with patient positioning, preparation, draping, and transport
• Function as a scrub technologist during surgical procedures
• Anticipate surgeon needs and provide instruments efficiently throughout procedures
• Handle specimens according to established protocols

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room Tech experience
• Graduate of an accredited Certified Operating Room Technician (CORT) program
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
