IAM Security Engineer

The IAM Security Engineer role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and integrating the Identity and Access Management systems and solutions across the client IT ecosystem. Responsibilities will include the design and implementation of the IAM integration flows across our core platforms, IAM workflow and approval systems design and implementation, SSO/federation and MFA implementation, prioritizing troubleshooting efforts and pinpointing resolutions to complex issues surrounding access/integrations with systems. This position works with IT internal support teams as well as external clients to provide the highest standards of support relative to identity access management practices. Other responsibilities include monitoring and maintenance of IAM systems, training, and communication of IAM processes, and advising on IAM solutions and best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and development process for the Identify and access Management (IAM) program with a security focus.
• Work with vendors and business partners to develop, implement and manage the IAM program.
• Lead program design and review working directly with business lines on the integration requirements including provisioning, de-provision, and identity lifecycle into the IAM platforms.
• Develop strategy roadmaps for the IAM systems and the IAM program.
• Develops enterprise-wide standards for IAM.
• Implement or coordinate remediation required by policies, standards, reviews, and audits, documenting exceptions as necessary.
• Define the user access security model for all systems and platforms.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related technical field.
• Experience in Lieu of Education: Equivalent technical training and/or IT certifications required as related to IAM.

Required Experience/Skills:

• One or more of the following industry security certifications: Certified Identity and Access Manager, Certified Information Systems Auditor, Systems Security Certified Practitioner, any Level 4 or 5 GIAC Certification or other advanced IAM level certification.
• Seven year's experience managing and implementing enterprise systems/networks.
• Five years direct experience in an Identity and Access Management Security Engineering role.
• Significant expertise with the design and implementation of SailPoint, Azure Active Directory, SSO, MFA, Google IdP, Oauth, and the integration of these platforms is required.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to a broad range of technical and non- technical staff.
• Must possess a high degree of integrity, be trustworthy, and have the ability to lead and inspire change.
