What You’ll Do Get Licensed You must have or be willing to obtain a state life insurance license. We help guide new agents through the licensing and onboarding process. Connect With Clients Speak with prospective clients over the phone and meet virtually or in person to understand their financial situation and insurance needs. Present Tailored Solutions Educate clients on available life insurance options and help them find coverage that fits their goals and budget. Guide clients through the application process from start to finish while developing your sales skills and building your book of business. Build Long-Term Relationships Stay connected with clients and provide ongoing support after their policy is issued. Continue Developing Participate in ongoing sales training, product education, coaching, and team development. What You Need to Succeed Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Coachable and willing to learn Comfortable speaking with people over the phone Ability to work independently and manage your schedule Competitive and driven by results Reliable phone and internet access Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one No previous insurance experience is required.
