¿Qué harás en este rol?

Como cuidador(a) en Montpelier Longterm Care, serás una parte esencial del bienestar de nuestros residentes. Tus responsabilidades incluirán:
- Proveer atención directa y personalizada a adultos mayores.
- Realizar tareas de limpieza y organización para mantener un entorno seguro y cómodo.
- Ofrecer apoyo físico y emocional con amabilidad y respeto.
- Asegurarte de que cada residente reciba el cuidado digno que merece.
