Senior Program Specialist

To support the Population Health Impact team, the remote Senior Program Specialist will manage project workflows, coordinate cross-functional tasks, and provide operational support to enhance team effectiveness and achieve departmental goals. Key responsibilities: Coordinate and streamline operational processes and workflows to ensure team efficiency and manage centralized resources Apply project management principles to facilitate special projects and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials Support the execution of cross-functional initiatives and assist in designing and implementing operational reports Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare, with a preference for knowledge of value-based care Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines Experience in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with various stakeholders
