Machine Operator
Location: Sheridan, MI Shift: 2nd Shift Pay: $16.50 per hour
Job SummaryAre you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Sheridan, MI . In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our operations, helping us produce quality plastic products in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment . No prior experience is required—bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
What You’ll Be DoingAs a Machine Operator , your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating Plastic Injection Molding Machines: Ensuring smooth machine operation while maintaining efficiency and quality.
- Maintaining a Steady Work Pace: Performing medium to fast-paced, repetitive tasks to support ongoing production needs.
- Quality & Safety: Following all safety guidelines, company procedures, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
- Material Handling: Lifting and moving materials weighing 5–25 lbs as needed.
- Additionally, you may be asked to assist with additional production tasks to support the team during busy periods .
- Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts when required
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
- Attention to detail: Essential for ensuring quality production.
- Ability to follow instructions: Important for safe and accurate machine operation.
- Quick learner: Helps with adapting to new tasks and processes.
