Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification (Cross Categorical preferred)
- Experience working with students with varied abilities and learning styles
- Strong classroom management and individualized instruction skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for fostering inclusive and supportive classroom environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver differentiated instruction tailored to each student's unique needs and IEP goals
- Adapt curriculum materials to support diverse learning requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and performance
- Collaborate with families, general education teachers, and support staff
- Foster an encouraging and respectful classroom culture
- Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing professional development
