What You'll Do (The Fun + Fulfilling Stuff)

Be a Teammate: Join a friendly crew! You'll attend trainings, team meetings, and support coworkers. Communication, kindness, and respect are key here.

? Be Reliable: Show up on time, stay for your shift, and help out when needed. We're all about teamwork and keeping things running smoothly.

Make a Difference: You'll provide hands-on support to individuals in their daily liveshanging out, helping with activities, social skills, community outings, personal care, shopping, budgeting, and more. Every day you help someone grow.

Keep Things on Track: Document activities, follow care plans, and make sure everyone's information stays accurate and confidential.

Build Relationships: Work closely with individuals, families, guardians, and case managers. You'll become a trusted and positive presence in their lives.

Speak Up: If something's not righthealth concerns, incidents, or safety issuesyou report it. You help protect the rights and wellbeing of every person you serve.

Health & Safety (Important but Easy to Learn!)

Healthcare Support: You may go along to appointments, help with medications (if trained), monitor health needs, and follow emergency procedures. Don't worrywe train you!

Food Fun: Help prep meals, follow dietary plans, and support healthy eating.

Keep Spaces Safe & Clean: Help maintain a welcoming environmentlight cleaning, safety checks, and helping with seasonal chores.

Get Out in the Community: You might drive individuals to fun outings, appointments, or errandsalways safely and following the rules of the road!

The Basics

• Must be 18+
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to complete required 2 week training
• Comfortable with occasional lifting and physical activity
