An opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor specializing in Non-Sterile Compounding within a closed-door specialty pharmacy environment. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, aligning with a consistent daytime shift. The role begins as a 13-week contract with potential for temp-to-hire placement.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise pharmacy technicians, ensuring adherence to protocols and quality standards within the non-sterile compounding unit.
• Oversee daily compounding activities, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Train and mentor staff technicians to enhance operational effectiveness and professional growth.
• Maintain thorough documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements in a closed-door specialty pharmacy setting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role as a pharmacy technician.
• Strong background in pharmacy technician duties.
• Demonstrated expertise in non-sterile compounding procedures.
• Valid Michigan Pharmacy Technician license.
• Ability to sign agreements and comply with organizational policies.
