**Job Requirements & Qualifications** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Required Certifications: BLS - Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in specialty applying for prior to travel - Must have a permanent Ohio license in hand at time of submission - Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward - Required certifications need to be active with nothing pending - One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission (RNFA/CSFA positions require one reference from a supervisor or physician) - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both assessments is required - BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case - Facility does not accept any license hits - All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) must be nicotine free - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start, updated annually - BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract - Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date **Submittal Details** - Travelers may be submitted for one job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System **Special Instructions** - PAPRs will not be considered alternative for caregivers with facial hair except for those with an approved agency medical or religious exemption - Badging and Fingerprinting: Candidates will need to pick up their badge and complete onsite fingerprints at the facility prior to their start date - Extensions: Candidates may extend with client for a period of 18 months; after which a 6 month break is required. Client may choose to defer the required 6 month break on a case by case basis - Modules are completed pre-start and annually, and vary by specialty. Recorded via Silkroad. Billable, max of 4 hours, any additional time required for pre-start modules is non-billable. Annual modules are billable up to 4 hours if required by the facility and traveler has been on contract for a continuous year.
