Quality Services Moving, a growing moving and relocation organization, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage recruitment and hiring across the company. This position supports a broad range of roles, including movers, drivers, warehouse personnel, administrative staff, and management. The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with department managers to ensure open positions are filled efficiently with qualified candidates.

Core Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated staffing needs
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, and community outreach
• Create and manage job postings that attract qualified applicants
• Identify and implement new sourcing strategies for recurring and hard-to-fill positions

Screening and Interviewing

• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct telephone screenings and initial interviews
• Evaluate candidates on qualifications, experience, availability, and position requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide hiring managers with candidate summaries and relevant information
• Maintain timely, professional communication with applicants throughout the process

Hiring and Onboarding Coordination

• Manage candidates from initial contact through offer and onboarding
• Coordinate background checks, employment verification, and required documentation
• Prepare and extend employment offers
• Maintain accurate, confidential applicant and hiring records

Recruiting Metrics and Outreach

• Manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities
• Track applicant flow, interviews, offers, and hires, and report on results
• Recommend improvements to candidate quality, time to hire, and retention
• Support job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting campaigns
• Develop relationships with local workforce organizations and recruiting partners

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, human resources, sales, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Professionalism and sound judgment when interviewing candidates
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with management
• Discretion in handling confidential candidate information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online recruiting platforms
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Experience

• High-volume recruiting
• Recruiting for transportation, moving, logistics, warehouse, CDL, or skilled labor positions
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience
• Social media and job board recruiting
• Employment branding and recruiting campaigns
• Job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting
