The ideal candidate will be a well-organized, detailed execution-oriented, analytical individual with the ability to take ownership of initiatives and challenges. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments and pressure while working efficiently to meet client deliverables. They will partner with the client’s investment operations team and State Street internal colleagues to drive a superior service experience in custody operations. They will oversee several operational support teams (globally) of varying focus with primary emphasis on custody. The role requires understanding of services and platforms to manage extensive customer and internal interaction across various business units that support these custody functions.
