1. **Required Experience:** - 1.5 years of ER experience (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role) 2. **Preferred Experience:** - 2+ years of ER experience - Meditech EHR experience 3. **Required Skills:** - Good prioritization and time management skills 4. **Certification:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) 5. **Preferred Personality Fit:** - Team player
