Level 4 RN – OR / Neurovascular Moderate Sedation (Contract)
Location: NY, 14642
Contract Dates: June 8, 2026 – September 5, 2026 (13 weeks )
Pay: $2,230 – $2,500/week
3x12-hour shifts
Day shifts (10–12 hours)
On-call required (weekends & nights)
Provide moderate sedation care in a high-acuity OR setting
Circulate for diverse surgical specialties (neuro, vascular, cardiac, trauma, transplant, etc.)
Support procedures including robotic (DaVinci) and transplant cases
Monitor patient status pre-, intra-, and post-procedure sedation care
Ensure patient safety, documentation, and OR readiness
Active New York RN license (required)
Minimum 2 years OR experience (Level 1 trauma preferred)
Moderate sedation experience required
Interventional Radiology (IR) experience required
Telemetry experience required
Circulating RN experience required
BLS (AHA only) required
ACLS (AHA only) required
Level 1 trauma center with complex surgical services
Multiple specialties including transplant (liver, kidney, heart)
DaVinci robotic surgical program onsite
High-acuity neurovascular and OR environment
