**Job Description:**

- **Position:** CT Tech
- **Location:** Acute Care Medical Center/Long Term Care Facility/Outpatient
- **Shift:** Day shift, 4x10 hours (07:00 - 17:30)
- **Start Date:** ASAP
- **Years of Experience:** Minimum 1 year preferred, first timers accepted
- **Certifications Required:**
- BLS
- ARRT CT
- **Skills Required:**
- Proficient in Image Display and Post Processing
- Multiplanar Reconstruction (MRP)
- 3D Rendering (Maximum intensity projection, Surface shaded displays, Volume rendering)
- Abdomen and Pelvis imaging (with and without contrast)
- **Work Settings:**
- Adult Acute Care
- Adult Outpatient
- Emergency Department
- ICU
- Level I Trauma (preferred)
- Pediatric Acute Care (preferred)
- **Patient Age Groups:**
- Adolescents
- Infants
- Adults
- Pediatrics
- **Special Procedures:**
- Brain perfusion
- Vascular CTA
- **Professional Knowledge and Skills:**
- Isolation Precautions/PPE
- Radiation Safety
- Starting Peripheral IV's
- Venipuncture
- **Equipment Familiarity:**
- PACS
- Philips (preferred)
- **Call Requirement:** Yes (minimal call)
- **Float Requirement:** Yes (must cover X-ray)
- **Weekend Requirement:** Yes (some weekend and night call required)
- **Housing:**
- 1-bedroom apartment provided
- Available for move-in 72 hours before contract begins
- **Vehicle:**
- Rental car provided for use during assignment
- Vehicle must remain within a 30-mile radius from the facility
- **Scrub Color:** Any or Business Casual
- **Parking Cost:** Free
