This role involves providing expert, compassionate care to patients in a fast-paced emergency setting, practicing within regulatory standards, hospital policies, and the scope of the California Nursing Practice Act. The ER RN collaborates with the care team, assesses patients, develops and implements care plans, and educates patients and families to ensure optimal outcomes. Job Details Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: California Registered Nurse (CA-RN) license, current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, TNCC certification, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred.
