• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend production work orders and instructions.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members.
• Good problem-solving skills, along with basic math capabilities.
• Attention to detail, ensuring that all products meet quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with operating production machinery or tools.
• Experience in a team-oriented work environment.

• While not required, candidates with previous experience in a manufacturing setting are encouraged to apply.
• Any relevant certifications or additional training in a production environment are a plus.

• Must be available to work all scheduled shifts and meet any overtime needs.
• Flexibility to assist with other production duties as requested by supervisors.
