Nuclear Engineering Program Developer

Focusing on the development of engineering programs for advanced nuclear reactor projects, the contract Nuclear Engineering Program Developer will work remotely, creating procedures and coordinating with a diverse design team to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices. Key responsibilities Develop engineering program documents to support the long-term operation of nuclear power plants Review and coordinate procedures with a geographically diverse design team Provide inputs on requirements, specifications, and strategy documents related to plant operations and maintenance Required qualifications B.S. degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering discipline 7+ years of direct experience in commercial nuclear engineering programs Experience developing nuclear plant engineering programs and procedures Senior Reactor Operator qualification or equivalent; Shift Technical Advisor qualification preferred Strong understanding of nuclear regulations and plant work control processes
