Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9a-7p CSTSalary: $65,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities

• Lead 3 – 4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
• Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
• Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
• Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
• Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
• Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.

Qualifications

• An active Texas license: Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC)Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
• Previous experience leading groups in a SUD setting.
• High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
• Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
• Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week.
• Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
