Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Hospitalist to provide exceptional inpatient care for infants, children, and adolescents across Indiana, in the Indianapolis area.

Join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team where you ll manage a diverse range of cases from acute medical conditions to surgical consults ensuring every patient receives comprehensive, compassionate, and high-quality care.

• Deliver direct inpatient care, including daily rounds, admissions, and discharges
\n
• Interpret diagnostic studies, prescribe medications, and oversee individualized treatment plans
\n
• Perform essential pediatric procedures such as IV placement, lumbar punctures, and resuscitations
\n
• Collaborate closely with subspecialists, surgeons, and primary care providers to ensure coordinated, seamless care
\n
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support resident education and mentorship
\n

• Care delivery within a Level II NICU / Special Care Nursery environment
\n
• Out-of-house call model supporting strong work-life balance
\n
• Structured 24-hour shift schedule
\n
• Collaborative, team-oriented culture with strong clinical support
\n

\n
• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
\n
• Active or eligible Indiana medical license.
\n
• Strong clinical and communication skills; commitment to family-centered care.
\n
