Harvest Talent Solutions had partnered with a growing sleep medicine practice who is adding a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join their clinical team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative healthcare environment focused on improving patient outcomes through comprehensive sleep and respiratory care.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent patient communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. Candidates with experience in pulmonary medicine, cardiology, internal medicine, or related specialties are strongly preferred.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits
• Develop and manage treatment plans for sleep-related disorders
• Review and interpret sleep study results
• Educate patients regarding sleep health, CPAP therapy, and treatment compliance
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support organizational standards for quality patient care and compliance

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in pulmonary medicine, cardiology, internal medicine, family practice, or sleep medicine preferred
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
