As a Direct Support Professional I at Seven Hills Pediatric Center, you’ll provide essential care, support daily living, and help individuals thrive in their homes and communities. Every day, your compassion and skills will empower those you support to achieve their goals and enjoy life to the fullest. Responsabilities: Provide direct care and support in accordance with individualized Treatment Plans. Assist with daily living activities , including personal care, nutrition, and medication administration (MAP-certified). Accompany individuals to medical appointments and support their health and well-being. Encourage social, communication, and community engagement skills . Maintain accurate data collection and documentation to track progress and outcomes. Support individuals in building and maintaining relationships with family, friends, and the community. Participate in staff meetings and team communication to ensure high-quality care. Assist with household and community activities , including shopping and errands. Maintain certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and MAP as required. Follow all agency policies and procedures , including safety, crisis response, and ethical standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
