The full-time benefited Advanced Practice Provider (Advanced Practice Nurse and/or Physician Assistant) promotes and maintains health by providing medical services to Sunrise Community Health patients under the supervision of a Physician. The Advanced Practice Provider identifies short-term and long-term patient care issues that must be addressed, provides information and prescriptions, recommends options, and courses of action, and implements Physician directives. The Advanced Practice Provider rotates between clinics for coverage.

Community Highlights:

Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree / Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a medical related field. Previous experience in the medical field as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Registered Nurse (RN). License to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse and/or Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado. Minimum 5 years clinical related experience and/or training, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred.
