About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Field Sales to lead a team of 7-10 Field Sales Representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching, developing sales skills, and driving the team's performance to meet and exceed business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills. The VP of Field Sales will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, support the team in driving new B2B business, and manage KPIs weekly. Additionally, the role involves recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent, as well as representing the company professionally at various events. Applicants for the VP of Field Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' of professional B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in high-performance, target-driven sales environments. The role demands a self-starter with a strong initiative, the ability to juggle competing priorities, and a background in new business development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office tools and CRM/sales platforms, and have expertise in managing territories, articulating value propositions, and coaching pipeline health. The VP of Field Sales will also be responsible for leading staffing, training, and performance evaluations, as well as monitoring and managing team-related expenses in alignment with budgetary guidelines.
