The Fairfield Inn & Suites Charlotte Uptown is seeking a dedicated Bartender/Server. The purpose of a Hotel Bartender/Server at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Charlotte Uptown, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests in our hotel restaurant and lounge area. You will ensure that guests have a pleasant dining experience by taking orders, serving meals, and attending to their needs with a friendly and professional demeanor. The Restaurant Server/Bartender must ensure guest satisfaction through dining room cleanliness and attention to our guests needs.

Essential Job Functions

1. Greet guests warmly and assist with seating.
2. Present menus and answer questions about menu items, specials, and beverage options.
3. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
4. Deliver orders to guest tables and ensure prompt and accurate service.
5. Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
6. Handle guest inquiries and special requests with courtesy and efficiency.
7. Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service.
8. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
9. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
10. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
