Your Role as a HIM Medical Records Manager:

• Prepare patient charts and gather necessary records and documentation
• Ensure medical records are organized, accurate, and complete
• Create and maintain electronic medical records and digital files
• File paperwork, reports, and patient records accurately and efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Transfer data into the facility's electronic systems
• Process records for admissions and discharges
• Assist with invoice preparation and administrative support duties

Who We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and computer literate
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated and dependable team player
• Ability to handle urgent communications and tasks efficiently
