Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | Monday – Friday | Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Shift Length: 8 Hours

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Vascular Technician for an exciting Travel or Local job in Rockwall, TX.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic cardiac and vascular ultrasound procedures including Echocardiograms (Echo), Stress Echocardiograms, Carotid studies, Lower arterial studies, Lower venous studies, ABI (Ankle-Brachial Index) testing, and Abdominal Aorta (ABD AO) studies
• Prepare patients for procedures and explain testing processes clearly and professionally
• Operate ultrasound equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring image quality
• Accurately document findings and maintain patient records
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support timely diagnosis and treatment planning
• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and clinic protocols
• Maintain equipment and report technical issues as needed
• Float between clinic locations to provide staffing support when required

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of recent clinic experience within the last three (3) years
• Current RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) OR RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer)
• Current RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) OR RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient clinic setting
• Experience performing echocardiography, stress echo, and vascular ultrasound procedures preferred
• Experience with carotid studies, lower extremity arterial and venous studies, ABI testing, and abdominal aorta imaging preferred
