MFG OPERATIONS RESOURCE LEADER

Plan, coordinate and supervise daily activities of assigned department; ensure efficient operations. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR). MinimumAssociate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Knowledge of department operations and proceduresAbility to understand complex verbal and written instructionsDesired Manufacturing plant supervisor experienceWorking Knowledge of Total Productive MaintenanceDirect area supervisors and associates in the proper usage of safe manufacturing practices, including the hazards of products being produced and ensure accountabilityValidate proper scheduling to maximize line efficiency while minimizing labor costsCommunicate plan needs of the service groups to the needs of the production area; Including changeovers, preventative maintenance, waste and material needs for the current and following production dayCommunicate and follow up on any quality or safety defects to all levels of the organization for prompt evaluationSupport and participate in the plant safety processOversee all areas of the plant to ensure SQR standards are being met on all productsFollow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements Accountable to the Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality PrinciplesSupervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reportsMust be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation Full timePosting Date: 2026-09-09
