US Shrink Wrap, Inc. , one of the industry leaders in Temporary Shrink Wrap Enclosures , is expanding rapidly and hiring Skilled Carpenters and Carpenter Helpers for commercial construction projects. We work on Union, Non‐Union, and Prevailing Wage jobs across multiple states.

No shrink‐wrap experience required — we provide full training .

What You’ll Do

• Install temporary shrink‐wrap containment systems on commercial and industrial jobsites
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials using hand and power tools
• Follow carpentry techniques and construction methods
• Operate lifts, tools, and equipment safely
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain professionalism with crew members and customers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• OSHA 10 (preferred; training provided if needed)
• Man Lift/Scissor Lift Certification (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction
• 3+ years carpentry experience (not required for helpers)
• Able to pass drug test and background check for most projects
• Available for overtime and able to start immediately

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, kneel, lift, and stand for long periods
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Good physical endurance and comfort working outdoors
• Must be able to work on manlifts and elevated platforms
• Must not be afraid of heights( elevated work is required daily)
