What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day HR operations across multiple employee groups.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, compliance, and workforce initiatives.
- Oversee recruiting efforts, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.
- Lead onboarding programs that create a positive new hire experience.
- Support payroll administration.
- Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and HR policy implementation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership alike.
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting union and non-union workforces.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll processing.
- Manufacturing, construction, industrial, or related industry experience preferred.
- A proactive, self-directed professional who can hit the ground running and drive results.
