Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Twin Falls, ID, working in a Skilled Nursing Facility to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active State Physical Therapy license (ID or compact license valid for assignment) is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Candidates with prior SNF caseload management and restorative program experience are preferred. Client requires experience with documentation in electronic medical records and Medicare skilled documentation standards. Experience with restorative nursing programs and use of common mobility and therapeutic modalities preferred. Reliable professional references demonstrating recent clinical experience. Minimum years of experience may be requested by the client; candidate should be prepared to provide detailed work history. Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
