You'll be responsible for guiding and mentoring your team, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a positive work environment and maintaining effective communication among team members and clients.Compensation Details:$34 to 40 per hour + 1.5x OTPTO + Sick Days + Paid HolidaysCompany Truck + Fuel CardKey Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day operations of HVAC rough ins, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.Lead a team of technicians and apprentices, providing hands-on training and guidance to ensure compliance with industry best practices.Install new furnaces, air conditioners, duct work, line-sets, coils, exhausts, etc.Coordinate materials and equipment delivery, maintaining an organized and efficient job site.Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that may arise.Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Responsible for leading, exemplifying and promoting the Dave Jones culture and holding team members accountable to all Dave Jones safety requirements.
