ABA Behavior Technician: Drive Therapy Outcomes

Position Purpose Supervise clients and staff during ABA therapy. Provide clinical support to senior staff, perform behavior technician roles on challenging behavior cases, and increase reliable and needed staff when there are staff absences or vacations. Job Duties Under the supervision of a BCBA, conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, protocols, and data collection systems, and provide curriculum modification for preschool or school‑aged children diagnosed with ASD. Work with parents and caregivers to train and assist them with ABA therapy methods. Provide one‑on‑one instructions to children diagnosed with ASD to improve functional learning and decrease challenging behaviors. Maintain HIPAA and confidentiality. Subject to annual background check. Work occasional evenings and weekends. Minimum Qualifications One year of experience as a behavior technician within an ABA clinic.
