Customer Service & Closing Lead

Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic Store Associate to join our busy dry cleaning team. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and works well under pressure. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, remains calm under pressure, and is comfortable handling customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
Receive and return customers’ clothing and dry-cleaning orders.
Write up customer tickets accurately and enter order information.
Move clothing between the counter, cleaning area, and racks.
Make and organize hangers for finished garments.
De-lint clothing and perform basic garment preparation.
Inspect garments for obvious issues and bring concerns to a supervisor’s attention.
Keep the counter, racks, and work areas clean and organized.
Assist with other general tasks as needed to keep the shop running smoothly.

Qualifications:

Strong people skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and team-oriented
Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time (40–45 hours/week)
Monday–Saturday availability (9 AM – 6 PM)
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Pay based on experience
