We're hiring a Concierge to be the friendly first point of contact for our community — greeting residents, guests, and visitors and handling front desk operations. This role reports to the Business Office Director.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist residents and visitors in a polished, professional manner; manage front desk sign-in/out for visitors and vendors

• Handle and direct incoming phone calls; inform residents or staff of arriving guests, packages, and deliveries

• Accommodate resident requests for assistance, referring to other staff as necessary

• Provide marketing information to visitors

• Assist the Lifestyles Department with program/event reservations and fee collection

• Maintain and update the resident information database and phone list

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required

• At least one (1) year of related customer service experience required

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills

• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, turn, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and perform fine manipulation throughout the workday

• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds unassisted on a regular basis

• Normal or corrected vision and hearing, including color recognition

Working Environment

• Work is performed in a well-lit, well-ventilated community setting, with occasional exposure to dust, fumes, odors, water, and noise

• Flexibility to work beyond normal hours, on weekends, or in other roles as needed
