Installation Supervisor – Seattle, WA Build and manage local installation operations for KONE. Responsibilities Lead a construction site team with multiple subcontractors in the vicinity. Implement and monitor safety guidelines as a top priority for the team. Provide learning opportunities for team members. Manage schedules and track overall team performance. Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals. Leverage new technologies and be open to learning. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of relevant construction expertise. Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union represented workforce. Knowledge of code requirements and building systems. Ability to work with general contractors and manage resources. Strong safety, quality, and innovation orientation. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Benefits Competitive salary (annual base pay $121,000 - $158,700).
