Job Title :  T echnical Recruiter

Location :  Remote

Employment :  Contract (6 months)

Industry :  Semiconductor Manufacturing

Compensation: $45-60/ hour

Schedule : 40 hours/ week

About the Opportunity:

• Manage and track candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring teams
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders

What You'll Do:

• Partner with internal customers (hiring managers, recruiters, human resource business partners) to facilitate recruiting process
• Build candidate pipelines through sourcing and networking efforts
• Support diversity hiring efforts for all levels within the organization
• Utilize LinkedIn, Taleo & other recruiting platforms
• Create a world-class candidate experience for all applicants in the recruiting process
• Participate in recruiting events
• Maintain and create relationships with staffing organizations
• Communicate sourcing strategies to all relevant stakeholders

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor
