Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager Job Description:
As a Restaurant General Manager, your responsibilities would include the overall performance of your restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service are being met both in the front of house and the back of house. As Restaurant General Manager, it will be up to you to lead by example, showing enthusiasm while you motivate and inspire your team. Recognizing that your team members are also eager to develop within their own careers and mentoring their skills and growth is an important leadership role. Our Management team must be able to accomplish all administrative duties while being present on the restaurant floor, inspiring the team and delighting every guest, every time. Benefits:

Qualifications:
· The Restaurant General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
· Trust, honesty, integrity and passion for customer satisfaction are a requirement for the Restaurant General Manager
· The Restaurant General Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
· A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant General Manager must possess
· High-volume experience of 3+ years as a Restaurant General Manager is necessary for this position
