Physical Therapist

This role provides local travel physical therapy services in Hollister, CA, supporting patients in a skilled nursing facility. The PT will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Use evidence-based practices to restore function, relieve pain, and improve mobility
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and prevention strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists to ensure quality care
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current California PT License
• BLS Certification

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
