Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Credentialing Timeline: 90-120 days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

FNA/Biopsy

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology

Licenses: Active MI License (or eligibility to obtain)

Certifications: BLS

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide outpatient hematology/oncology care in clinic

Perform inpatient consults and rounding

Participate in tumor board

Order and interpret tests and imaging

Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
